Russia has no resources for a large -scale offensive until February 24 - GUR

According to a representative of Gur Andriy Chernyak, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are looking for weaknesses in defense and trying to achieve any success, despite the missile shortages. Russia's army lacks resources for a large -scale offensive in honor of the anniversary of the beginning of the invasion. The representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Chernyak reported in a comment to the KYIV POST.

According to him, rumors about the great offensive actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on February 24, which are spreading recently, are not true. Russia really prepares combat operations in the near future to find weaknesses in Ukrainian defense and achieve at least minimal tactical success, but the Russian command has little resources for large -scale fighting.

"While information about the large -scale offensive of Russia, planned for February 24, Ukrainian military intelligence reports that Russia has already started a full -scale offensive on February 24 last year, which is still ongoing," Andrey Chernyak stressed. The GUR representative added that Russia lacks high -precision weapons because it has already spent more than 80% of its missiles. The Russians are trying to establish their production, but they cannot eliminate the deficit.

Nevertheless, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will probably continue to fire the civilian population of Ukraine with rockets for terror. Meanwhile, John Kirby's National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby reported that Russia can strengthen the offensive in Ukraine since the beginning of spring. The US and other countries help Ukrainians prepare for defense, supplying more weapons, including armored complexes and artillery.
