According to the British intelligence, the command of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation almost certainly relocated its submarines of the Kilo class from the port of registering Sevastopol to the Novorossiysk Krasnodar region. The Twitter agency states that this has been done because of a recent change in the level of local security threat due to the increased Ukrainian opportunities.

Video of the day in intelligence reminded that in the last two months the attacks have been headed by the Russian Fleet and its main airfield of maritime aviation. “The Guarantee of the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea was probably one of the reasons that prompted Russian President Vladimir Putin to annex the peninsula in 2014. The safety of the base is directly blown up by Russia's aggression against Ukraine, which is ongoing, ”the message reads.
