The publication emphasizes that earlier, within the framework of special presidential powers of weapons, Ukraine was supplied with an unprecedented pace.
But this time Kiev receives assistance as part of the Initiative to Promote Ukraine's Security (USAI), and weapons are not supplied from the US Army, but purchased from their own manufacturers or in partner countries. Such supply is the first step in the initiative to conclude contracts for providing Ukraine with additional priority opportunities.
