The United States will suspend their participation in the contract on December 7.
The publication claims that at the beginning of the conclusion of the agreement was considered as a cornerstone of European security. Its goal was not to give any side to increase strength for a sudden attack. Under the contract, restrictions on the number were established: then they signed a Medium and Smart 1987 Missile Rockets, which forbade the US and Russia land base rockets with a radius of 500 to 5400 km.
