The idea of ​​Europe won the election - the idea of ​​normal and stable national development. Russia's sub -influence will not extend further to Europe. Russia failed to destabilize Moldova despite the huge resources she spent to loosen the country and corrupt all she could. It is important that this victory in the election was done without depleting.  Ukraine was absolutely right about this, and I thank Poland for support. It is also important that the former oligarch, who kept this country and all our region in the shadow of dirty schemes, was finally extracted to Moldova.

This manifestation of justice and European solidarity is important not only for Moldova, but for all in Europe. After all, anyone who works against their people has to be responsible for their actions. This applies to anyone who chooses the war and stands to Russia: from oligarchs and politicians to any other Moscow's accomplices. And we see how different the situation is from Georgia. Today, Georgia is largely lost for Europe.

It may come back one day, but for this Europe does not have to close its eyes to what is happening there and in Belarus. Every Russian achievement in our region is always a loss for Europe. Therefore, we can not afford to go over a single day or lose any country. After the election in Moldova, this country should continue to continue. The most difficult task after the election is to meet the expectations of voters. Europe can and should help Moldova in this - for the sake of our common interests.

Of course, today Europe's attention is focused on urgent threats, and they are serious. But we should not forget about long -term political goals. And about the most common threat for today - many countries, not only Poland, not only the Eastern flank, but also northern Europe, and it can affect others. The answer should be common, fast and using all available opportunities. We are ready to share our knowledge and experience, and our military can help.

The wave of drones against Poland on the night of September 10 was a check not only for Poland, but also for NATO. Russian fighters have broken the air space of Estonia, and new cases with drones in Northern Europe are another test for all NATO - Russia checks how far it can go. She wants to distract from the brutal war he continues against Ukraine. Then voices appear that they ask if Ukraine receives too much support, whether Russia will calm down if you pay less attention to Ukraine.

These are false voices. Almost all security threats in Europe today come from the devastating actions of Russia, from the war that Putin refuses to end. So, ladies and gentlemen! Ukraine proposes Poland and all our partners to create a common, truly reliable shield against Russian air threats. It is possible. Ukraine can counteract all types of Russian drones and rockets, and if we act in the region together, we will have enough weapons and production facilities for this purpose.

If Russia loses the ability to strike from the air, it will not be able to continue the war and will have to look for other ways to coexist. There is also more and more evidence that Russia could use tankers in the Baltic Sea to launch drones - the same ones that caused serious problems in Northern Europe. If the tankers used by Russia serve platforms for drones, then such tankers cannot be free to operate in the Baltic Sea.

It is actually Russia's military activity against European countries, so Europe has the right to close the straits and sea routes to protect itself. We expect the 19th package of EU sanctions in the near future. It should be strong to press on Russia and to show America that Europe will do no less than the United States and President Trump. And I thank you for the support. Europe also has to act much faster on Russian assets, their use for defense and reconstruction of Ukraine.

Ideas are already European and American, they need to be put into practice. I thank the Prime Minister of Tusk, Poland and the Polish people for many years of support for Ukraine on the way to the European Union. Ukraine's membership is part of security guarantees - a huge part - for us and for the entire eastern flank. Geopolitical vacuum always opens the way for Russian aggression. Therefore, Ukraine has to join the European Union, and it will do it. We do everything you need.

And it is important that Ukraine's accession is not delayed through the domestic policy of a country. It's not about what we have already gone in history, but about what we all have to avoid. And we must avoid any dependence on Russia. Therefore, our independence, our strength and our accession to the European Union are also your strength, your independence and your strong position in the European Union. For their part, Ukrainians will not fail.
