Argentina will consider a lawsuit against the military crimes of the Russians in the occupied part of Ukraine - the media

The complaint stated that electrical cables were attached to the finger and ears of the man to pass the current through his body. He and others were kept in the chambers of 10 square meters. A Ukrainian, who claims that he was tortured by the Russian occupation forces, filed a legal complaint to the court in Argentina. About it reports Reuters.

In the statement, the man accused one person named in the name of two persons identified by their call sign, as well as other unnamed persons in the use of electric shock and illegal maintenance at the end of 2022. He asked the agency not to name him because he is afraid of his family, which is still in the occupied troops of the Russian Federation in part of Ukraine.

On Monday, a citizen filed a complaint with the Federal Court in Buenos Aires against people who, in his words, were torture, tortured him, as well as officials who managed the Center for Demand in South of Ukraine. According to him, he was kept, and his boss at work, whom he accused of promoting ill -treatment. "I was detained at work. Then I was tortured. I was used by an electric shoe," he said. The man added that he was losing consciousness, he was painful.

He was lucky to survive, but a lot of people are still there. The complaint stated that electrical cables were attached to the finger and ears of the man to pass the current through his body. He and others were kept in the chambers of 10 square meters. Reuters could not independently confirm the details of the victim account. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation refused to comment on the situation on Monday.

Moscow denies the commission of war crimes in Ukraine and rejected the previous warrants to the arrest of the International Criminal Court for war crimes under the biased campaign of the event for Russia's discrediting. The team of lawyers of the man appealed not to disclose details in a statement that could identify the man, the exact place and time of the predictable events, as well as the persons of likely criminals, referring to concern about the safety of the man.

Now the Argentine Court has to decide whether he or she will have a complaint, which can potentially go. Until now, the application has not been published. This lawsuit has already been called historical. If prosecutors in Argentina have adopted a complaint, it will be the first case to be alleged by Russian military crimes in Ukraine, violated outside Europe and the United States. "Today's submission is an important historical step.

We will do our best to help Argentine justice in his desire for truth and justice," said Yuri Belousov, Head of the Department of Military Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. We will remind, in March 2023 the lawyer told that the head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin could avoid the court for war crimes in Ukraine.
