To spread: two children aged 13 years old were chained to bed. They looked after their 10-year-old younger brother: he received food and hid them from the shelling of the Russians. Three young children were unattended after the death of a grandmother in the Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office. Two of them, at the age of 13, have severe genetic diseases and treated. The only one who looked after them was their 10-year-old younger brother.

He looked after the boys, and hid them in the basement during the shelling. Doctors noted that the children got to the charity center in extremely serious condition. They were extremely exhausted, with numerous untreated injuries. A criminal case was opened on the possible improper performance of official duties by representatives of the Children's Affairs Service of the Belozersky City Council (Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Children were evacuated from the Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region to Chernivtsi after the doctors of the Children's Hospice "The House of butterflies" were scored in alarms, supplemented the publication "Ukrainian Pravda". According to two 13-year-old brothers weighing 8. 5 kilograms, which found Lisencephaly of the first type, a 10-year-old Plato looked after.

The City of Good City Charity Center saved them, it is he who receives children with serious illnesses that are left without protection and support. Lisentphaly is accompanied by neurological disorders, epilepsy, protein-energy insufficiency. "When the fugitive ammunition and FPVs began to fly, the survival issue became as urgent as possible. Then we decided to evacuate the children urgently," the Foundation employees said.

Denis Kolobakin's medical director of the "butterfly House" recalls that a few months ago they were called social services and asked if they could accept two baczy children and their younger brother, who feeds them. "We realized that this is a family that everyone has forgotten, despite the mandatory evacuation of the frontal areas," he said. Doctors claim that the mother of children came to the "city of good", but near Pokrovsk, she could not care for children because of her physical condition.

Children cannot move, they need constant care. Doctors also noticed old injuries that no one was treating. "The fractures grew up. As a result, hands, legs, even chest. After three months of treatment at the "butterfly home" there are noticeable results: the pain is relieved and weight gain is observed. The bending and extension of the knee and hip joints has improved.

The experts of the Fund have developed for the brothers a daily regime that covers both treatment, care, and prevention of complications. A 10-year-old Plato came to the City of Goodness: he goes to school, meets other children, plays football and draws. The child is provided with psychological help and try to restore its emotional state. "No child should say" I am not a child "at the age of 10.

It happened to her because the mother was disoriented, led an asocial lifestyle," says Denis Kolobubakin. Volunteers of the Cities of Good Seeted the mother of children for treatment, in parallel with it are psychologists and social educators. Following the release of the Ukrainian Truth material, the City of Good City has received several unexpected comments that question the facts set out. Experts shared additional information.

The children were evacuated in May this year, the mother refused to accompany them and stayed at the place of residence. She twice in writing confirmed the unwillingness to take children from the "city of good" and care for them independently, motivating it "psychological state and difficult life circumstances. " Only in September did she decide to come to Chernivtsi because the city where she lived became very close to the front line.

Plato really looked after his brothers and this is confirmed by his knowledge of care. "The City of Good" considers it principled to take as the basis the interests of the child, which, unfortunately, are lost in unfounded discussions. It is sometimes very difficult to talk about children's stories. We ask us to do everything possible for rescuing other children who are still in danger, "-emphasized the employees of the Foundation.
