To spread: the head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak believes that it is the observance of a full ceasefire regime that is a key condition for the end of the war. In his opinion, this can lay the foundation to start negotiations with the Russian Federation. He wrote about it in his Telegram. According to Yermak, the Russian Federation does not "mask the desire to continue the war under verbal constructions.
