According to the head of Ukrainian intelligence, within the Russian Federation

Cleated the FSB: Budanov told how the Russian attack was perceived in the Russian Federation at Chkalovsky airfield

According to the head of Ukrainian intelligence, within the Russian Federation "very negatively" responded to the penetration of saboteurs to the protected military object in the area of the capital. The undermining aircraft at the Russian airfield of Chkalovsky in the Moscow region is the result of the actions of sabotage groups.

This was stated by the Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov in an interview with The War Zone of September 22. Kirill Budanov noted that sabotage groups in the Russian Federation keep in touch with GUR MO. At the same time he did not specify whether the department participated in the choice of goal. "Let's say so, we help them," the head of Ukrainian military intelligence explained.

The GUR Chief believes that such an attack in the immediate vicinity of the Russian capital demonstrates the inability of the current regime in the Russian Federation to protect even the most important and safest infrastructure. "We know about a very negative reaction because they are guilty of it. Of course, it was not a task, but it is a side effect," Budanov said.

According to Budanov, the Russian Federation was accused of the FSB of the fact that the saboteurs managed to penetrate the protected object and have a sabotage operation. "In addition, it is, of course, a blow to political leadership and the military leadership of the Russian Federation, since it is clearly unable to ensure the proper protection of strategically important airfields in Moscow," - said Budanov.

We will remind, on September 20 in the General Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that at the airfield Chkalovsky was significantly damaged one helicopter Mi-28 and two planes IL-20 and AN-148. Despite the security, the unknown were able to carry an explosive device aboard the An-148 and IL-20 aircraft belonging to the 354th special forces.
