Russian invaders have lost at least two Su-35 aircraft squadrons in Ukraine. This was stated by the Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Office of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Alexei Gromov during a briefing on Thursday, August 11. In the last week, Ukraine's defenders have destroyed 27 enemy air purposes. According to the General Staff, due to serious losses, the terrorist country, Russia can begin to use outdated Su-24m bombers, which in 2005-2018 were withdrawn from its combat staff.

Gromov also spoke about the problems of Russian multi-purpose Su-35 fighters, which the aggressor transmitted to China. As of December 2021, only nine were working out of 24 Beijing aircraft. The largest number of refusals was on the board systems, the complexes of electronic counteraction of Hibina and aviation means of defeat. The General Staff representative noted that, according to experts, all Russian -made battle planes have problems with reliability.

“From the experience of hostilities, Su-35 aircraft also showed low level of survivability. Since the beginning of armed aggression, the occupiers have lost more than two aviation squadrons - more than 24 planes of this type, ”Gromov added. Earlier, CNN reported that during the explosions at the Saki airfield near Novofedorivka in occupied Crimea, Russia lost at least seven military aircraft - the largest number of the Second World War.
