"They testified that it is not just a war of one state against another, it is a full-scale confrontation between the two systems: our European system with you, in which life and dignity of a person, and the Russian system, in which anyone can kill, can be bullied, anyone can deprive home," the president said.
This is evidenced by the crimes of the Russian system in many other Ukrainian cities and villages: from Berry in Chernihiv, where Russian invaders kept all the villagers in a small basement of the school, to Mariupol, which was broken and burned as a result of Russian blows. More than 183 thousand crimes related to Russian aggression against Ukraine were officially recorded.
This is without taking into account a large part of the temporarily occupied territory that does not have access: there are thousands and even tens and hundreds of thousands of crimes and losses. "We will not forgive the Russian crimes and all this war, because forgiving - it would mean that such a system as the present Russian, is allegedly entitled to existence and expansion at the expense of other peoples - a system that feeds on people," said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The President stressed that effective international law is needed to guarantee Ukrainians and all Europeans protection against such threats. Justice must be ensured that the evil does not multiply and the pressure and sanctions against Russia are required so that the war and abuse do not expand.
