According to Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernororenko, the intuitive interface on the basis of your answers will select the most appropriate vacancy for the military in the benches of the defense forces among more than 4,000 proposals. The reserve+application has available recruiting service, which enables Ukrainians to find the optimal vacancy in the army among thousands of different options. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"Thanks to cooperation with Lobby X, the service offers the largest list of open positions in defense forces - more than 4,000, which is growing daily," the statement said. The Defense Ministry said that the application contains a detailed description of vacancies, including information about the brigade, their command, achievements and references to the media.

"The intuitive interface allows you to quickly make a decision: to press" Plus "to maintain a proposal for further familiarization, or" minus "for its rejection," - said in the press service of the department. According to the Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernnoroenko, the service helps the conscript to "resolve issues in several clicks" and enables users to find themselves a team that can be in a direction, and a position where you can effectively apply their knowledge and skills.

To search for a vacancy, you need to take a short test, indicating, for example, the presence of a military education or a sphere in which a person is best versed. "Based on this information and selected skills, the system" with their knowledge - in its place "will" individually select the best options, "Chernororenko explained. She also stressed that this is only the first version of the service to improve. "Therefore, we will be glad to hear the user's feedback," Chernororenko added.
