The report of November 13 states that the purpose of this information operation may be to form a false thought in the Ukrainian military command of the Russian Federation in the Kherson region. Thus, the Armed Forces should underestimate the forces of the invaders on the left bank of Kherson region. On the other hand, according to analysts, published and then deleted regroup reports may indicate real discussions that are held in the Higher Command of Russian Troops.
They could be prematurely in the information space. Experts also suggested that the Russian media information about "regrouping" could transmit some external source under the guise of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Analysts believe that regardless of the causes and circumstances of the publication of Russian media reports about the "regrouping" of the invaders' troops, the reaction indicates that what is happening in the Kherson region remains a painful topic in the leading environment in Russia.
"The Russian information space has not yet decided on how to discuss the operational situation on the eastern bank of the Dnieper, and any fracture of the situation there can cause information shock," the report reads.
