We are working on a reaction. A strong reaction is very needed - above all America, Europe, all in the world, who relied on diplomacy. Russia should be forced to peace.

And only the coercion will work. For too long, America's proposal for an unconditional ceasefire is on the table - without adequate response from Russia. It says a lot. It could already be a ceasefire if there was a real pressure on Russia. I want to thank those partners who understands it and who promote the necessary decisions. In particular, these are new sanctions.
