In early June, a 48-year-old man signed a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry for three years, and at the end of August he was killed in the Rostov region. He was beaten by military police and injuries were so severe that he could not stand and died, which his relatives later told.

They immediately decided to go to the river to wash and drink alcohol there. They were noticed by local military police officers and after a brief dialogue tied men to a tree and started beating. At first, everything was not so critical and Mikhail Pichugin still called his mother and wife, whom he told what happened. "Later, the man got worse, he was taken to the hospital. On August 23, Pichugin was surgery, the next day he died.

At the same time, the man's death was told not by the commander of the part, but a friend of Pichugin. that the military died of a head injury. The brother also showed the body, on the dead of the deceased visible bloody traces, similar to traces of shackles, " - the message reads.

The investigator of the military investigative department of the IC in the Southern Military District Ilya Dzuin promised the family that the criminal case would soon be initiated, but nothing has happened for several weeks.
