40 thousand hryvnias for rent: how much does the housing cost for the military of the Armed Forces and how can this problem be solved

The Armed Forces turns into an army of homeless people - so emotionally, but with knowledge of the case is evaluated by serviceman Igor Lutsenko the situation with housing for the military. Not only does no one help to find a roof over their heads, so they also raise rent prices in the frontline than in Kiev or Lviv. I would like to inform the broad classes of Ukrainians about another front problem: there is nowhere to live.

Prices for houses and apartments in frontline areas are capable of eating combat and not equal to any elite region of Ukraine: where Lviv and Kiev! They ask for 20, 30, 40 thousand hryvnias for an ordinary rural house where there is no water, where no one has lived (apparently disgusted) for years - this is, unfortunately, the norm. Moreover, a large number of landlords generally refuse to the military on the grounds that they are military.

But this does not cause any public resonance and multi -day discussions on social networks. The military is married as lepers, three of them are buried - and the military is tolerated. Of course, there are opposite exceptions. There are patriots who settle for free to themselves. There are local communities that have organized work for servicemen with accommodation. But these are exceptions. In general, the state and local self -government is ignored by this pain.

Similarly, this problem is not properly done by military vertical. If there is a will with the commander of the military unit, then he tries to do something. But in principle, actual order in the army does not provide such a duty. The problems of soldiers with settlements are solved by the soldiers themselves.

But in the current environment, the old statutes are no longer relevant! The old system assumed that the military would live centrally - for example, in the buildings of kindergartens or schools, or other state institutions. But with the development of long -range means of defeat, this retarded practice cost the Ukrainian people thousands of lost military lives, and the budget - billions of compensation to the families of the dead.

(And, by the way, it is necessary to conduct audits regularly, whether the staff of the chiefs are not concentrated, or are they guided by the old statutory requirements? But this is a separate painful topic). Therefore, it is necessary to dispersal, there is no more than the department to live. It is the requirement of the current conditions of war, not a whim. And many military units, which are their superiors (these all these, dawn, etc.

) contribute to the instantaneous displacement of their personnel? Many commanders are concerned with this when they fly a bunch of other tasks on their heads? However, perhaps millions of square meters of housing are free. No one thinks of them to pass them to the military. These are the apartments and houses of those who fled to the Russians or went abroad to Europeans.

They cannot be touched! As soon as one of the military occupies such housing, it is surprised to find for themselves that there is a local police in this area that protects sacred private property. Reaches anecdotic. The author of these lines has acquaintances who fought for a settlement, whose east-northern region was already attacked by Russian infantry.

At the same time, when trying to occupy a house on the western part of the town, a district police officer arrived under the fire to report the ban on such unauthorized settlement. As you guessed, later the Russians occupied this village, along with all the surviving real estate. (The fairness of the Council, sometimes the police assist, but rather contrary to the adopted procedures).

*** It is the most appropriate that the legislative framework for security is actually, just no one wants to use it. The Law on Legal Martial Status directly provides for a thing such as an apartment duty. All citizens of Ukraine can be obliged to place servicemen, police, refugees. This law, if applied, will solve the problem of apartment once and for all.
