The Russian Federation is preparing for war with NATO: The Minister of Defense of the Netherlands called the year of possible clash

To spread: The Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Ruben Breccelmans has warned that Russia is already actively preparing for a large -scale military conflict with NATO and by 2030 seeks to be ready for direct clash. He emphasized that the increase of weapons and the mobilization of Moscow troops testify to the existence of resources and intentions to continue imperial aggression, and Ukraine's security directly affects stability throughout Europe.

In a comment to Ukrinform, he noted that Russia is now increasing the production of weapons and mobilizes troops above the necessary level for the current war in Ukraine, while actively forming strategic reserves and preparing for a possible large -scale clash with NATO in the coming years. In general, this indicates the presence of both resources and intentions to continue imperial aggression in Moscow.

In this context, the minister stressed that in order to effectively restrain Russia of the West, the country must provide Ukraine with reliable security guarantees and do everything possible to prevent any ceasefire or a peace agreement from turning into a simple pause before a new wave of aggression. "By 2030, Russia wants to be prepared for a large -scale collision with NATO. In other words, Putin has the intentions, opportunities and incentives to continue its imperial aggression . . .

It is a reality to which we must be ready. And our only option is peace through force. The peace means that we must give Ukraine. " He also pointed out that Ukraine's support should be not only prompt but also long-term, since providing the country with self-defense means allows to create stable conditions for the repayment of further aggressive actions of Russia, and at the same time emphasized the need for a clear NATO signal that any attack on the Alliance will be found.

"We also need to clearly make Putin understand that any hostile action against NATO country will be met by the prevailing force. This is the only way to maintain freedom and security in Europe," the Netherlands Minister said.

In addition, the Minister recalled that since the beginning of the war, the Netherlands has allocated more than 13 billion euros for Ukraine's military support, of which nearly 9 billion was provided by the end of August this year, and some of these funds are aimed at commercial purchases of weapons and equipment.
