According to the organization, Andrey Babinsky was killed near the settlement of Red Krynytsya of Zaporizhzhya region from enemy shelling with cassette ammunition. Andrey Babinsky, the founder of the famous Megamarsh action in embroideries, was killed on the forefront. The information about this appeared on the Facebook page "Megamarsh" on August 10. It is reported that Andrei Babinsky was killed as a result of artillery shelling using cassette ammunition in the Russian side.

Babinsky was a combat physician of the 80th ODSBR. "On August 8, 2023, in the battle for Ukraine, defending its freedom and independence at the cost of his own life, Senior Soldier Andrey Babinsky was heroically died near the settlement Krasnya Krynytsia, Orikhiv district of Zaporizhzhya region, from Russian artillery shelling with cassette ammunition," - said.

Since the beginning of large-scale aggression on the part of Russia, Andriy Babinsky has actively participated in the protection of Ukraine, starting his journey as part of the 97th Battalion of the 107th Brigade of Territorial Defense forces, where he learned and became a military physician. He fought in Kharkiv region and under Bakhmut. In the summer of 2023, it relocated to the 80th separate airborne assault brigade.

"In the summer of 2023 he transferred in the 80th ODSBR, participated in the Ukrainian counter-adventure in the Zaporozhye direction. He dreamed of releasing Crimea,"-the message reads. Megamarsh in embroideries stressed that Andrei Babinsky was not only a passionate defender, but also a prominent person. He made a huge contribution to the development of the action, which began as a small event in 2008 and grew to a large -scale event that matters not only at the country but also beyond.
