The Guard has created mobile groups that should respond promptly to shelling and knock down Russian drones and missiles. National Guards from the 27th Pechersk Brigade were knocking down the Russian winged X-101 rocket from a large caliber machine gun. About it reports the Northern Operational-Territorial Association of the National Guard of Ukraine on Facebook.

On December 5, during a massive shelling of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, a mobile firearm group of National Guards shot down the X-101 missile. It was able to impress with a large machine gun and firing of machines. This was done because the winged rocket flew at low altitude. Fire calculations of the National Guard are created specifically for rapid response and counteraction to rockets and Drone Kamikadze.

Working with air defense units makes it possible to increase efficiency in the fight against winged missiles. Fighters save people's lives and critical infrastructure. The remains of the winged rocket were also published. X-101 is a Russian winged rocket class "Air-Earth". It has been developed by KB "Raduga" and since 2013 has been adopted by the Russian Federation. It is stated that its range is approximately 5,500 km.
