In the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine there are lists of persons whom the Kremlin plans to involve in the spread of Russian narratives and influence on the socio-political situation in Ukraine. He noted that often communication with such persons is not "direction", but through intermediaries, including public and political figures, as well as public opinion leaders. "I cannot now name specific names. There are lists of people on whom the enemy works, and there is a task to involve them to spread their rhetoric and influence the socio-political situation in the country. These are dozens of people if we talk about influential categories. Not directly.

That is, it does not always mean that a person is referred to someone with a "red star". It can be a way of intermediaries through neutral topics.
