It is impossible to live as before the war. What should the Ukrainians teach the tragedy in a thunderstorm

The inhuman essence of the enemy once again showed the tragedy in the village of Groz. But, according to the writer Oleg Yeltsov, it could not happen if Ukrainians had finally learned to live by the laws of wartime. To be dispersed! Kharkiv region: another horrible tragedy. The racists of the only rocket were just killed by the population of half the village. This is not the first time, but it is impossible to get used to it.

The only thing that became familiar is the murder of the "brotherly people" for the mass murder of Ukrainians.

And every time I get the question: are the racists guilty of these deaths? And we did everything so people do not die? Who decided to spend the vendors for the dead warrior in the cafe, and also near the village store? And who announced the exhibition of military equipment in Chernihiv publicly, and who did not organize the distribution of the humanitarian in Kherson in the absence of a columnar, and who allowed the parking lot of expensive and scarce fire equipment in the Dnieper, who "arranges" the parking lot of communal transport? In a year and a half, the war did not understand that the enemy is capable of everything, he has an atrophied sense of morality, compassion - he deliberately shoots in maternity hospitals, schools, residential areas, communal infrastructure.

So why do we live as before the war, why do all public services do not fulfill their most important responsibilities - to preserve people's lives and tangible values? Undoubtedly: rashists are scoundrels and criminals, behind them Ukrainian black soil and Hague cry.

And what is the fate of those who have not yet taken proper civil defense measures, does not promote the standards of life in wartime, does not explain, does not hang out the cities and villages with cards with clarifications, with a library for civilians? Why do the military do not carry out instruction (and if they conduct, why they do not comply with their requirements) regarding the dispersion of the military, to prohibit massively to eat in the same and the same catering points, why is it possible, where it is possible, where it is possible, not organized food for the military for remote.

This is not disrespectful to our defenders, it is elementary precautions and life preservation. Why, finally, has not been banned from mass gatherings on any reason-from funeral to weddings-at least in the border regions and where the air defense forces are insufficient? Someone may depress someone, but tell it to those who have lost their health and loved ones under bombardment and rocket attacks.
