According to the speaker of the coordinator of the special services of Poland Jacek Dovzhinsky, the network activity was conducted through the Voice-Off-Europe information portal, which published pro-Russian materials, interviews and comments on international events. The intelligence services of Poland, the Czech Republic and other EU countries exposed a spy network funded by Russia, which tried to influence the elections to the European Parliament.
