"Needed Army": Famous military believes that without mobilization of women do not do

Lieutenant Charlotte Khmelnitskaya stated that it is surprised why the state has not yet used the mobilization potential of women. Women's mobilization in Ukraine is needed, because it can be of great benefit to both the state and women themselves. At present, the war is no longer gender and everyone can protect the country.

This opinion was expressed by Khmelnytsky's military Charlotte, commenting on the words of military personnel and volunteer Maria Berlin about the mobilization of women in Ukraine. About it writes "Telegraph". Charlotte Khmelnitskaya is a 27-year-old lieutenant, a commander of a platoon of unmanned aviation complexes, now the deputy commander "Army TV". The girl deliberately chose the military path and says that she is surprised why the state still does not use the mobilization potential of women.

At the same time, she stated that she could neither confirm or refute Berlin's opinion that if women's mobilization does not take place in Ukraine, "we are waiting for a complete occupation and a country with fraternal graves. " "I do not have a secret state information or a complete picture of the situation on the front. I believe that Ms. Berlin also does not have such data, but based on emotional feelings and experiences.

She often communicates with military, volunteers and is in the context of war," - Khmelnitskaya stated. She noted that the state should use the mobilization potential of women, but stressed that it was the "potential", not the resource. And she reminded that now women in the army are no longer a wonder. "This is the eleventh year of the war. And women need army as women need women.

It will create a new approach and transformation that will allow us to differ from the enemy and achieve victory," Khmelnitskaya said. Answering the question of how society would take compulsory female mobilization, the military could not answer whether the people of Ukraine are ready for such changes. "I remember well, as before a full -scale invasion in the beginning of 2022, the state announced mandatory registration for military registration of women of some specialties.

The reaction of society was different, including many criticism . . . This is a huge mobilization potential - a large number of people which can occupy different positions. She told a story from her own experience when she was sent to the commander for equivalent commanding positions in a platoon. At first he did not want to work with women, because it seemed unusual to him, and later acknowledged that it was not a problem.

Interestingly, this information was handed over to Khmelnitsky by the commander's colleagues. According to her, women in the army will help to overcome sexism and now "not women need an army - the army needs women. " As for the purely women's professions, there are no such in the army, according to the military, everything depends on the person.
