"Bad signal": an officer of the Armed Forces criticized the TCC for increasing the number of mobilized homeless people (video)

Share: Deputy Commander of the Third Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmytro "Slip" Kuharchuk points out that TCCs are increasingly bringing homeless people to educational centers. The military believes that this problem should be dealt with. In his opinion, such a mobilized person "is unlikely to think in terms of the preservation of Ukrainian statehood and the destruction of the enemy," said the military man in a video published on his YouTube.

"They started bringing homeless people to the training centers. And now I'm not joking or exaggerating, I'm talking about what the instructors and officers from the training centers tell me," said the officer of the Armed Forces. According to him, in addition to this category of people, persons with various forms of disability and open forms of tuberculosis are also delivered. However, this does not mean that all TCCs catch "exclusively homeless people".

"This does not mean that all recruitment centers work only with such groups of the population, because otherwise the Ukrainian army would have stopped functioning properly a long time ago. But this is a bad signal that needs to be talked about, that needs to be reported, that needs to be recorded, otherwise changes will never come," emphasizes the deputy commander of the Third Army Corps.

According to Kukharchuk, a person without a permanent place of residence, who "joined the army or not, does not think in terms of returning Ukraine to its lost greatness. " Earlier, Focus talked about why the mobilized people are leaving en masse for the North-Eastern Ukraine. Ihor Shvayka, deputy head of the recruiting center of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, points out that it is the lack of knowledge about all the details of the service that pushes people to commit crimes.
