The invaders are more likely to fire bridges through surrounding reservoirs to isolate Vovchansk's Ukrainian defense from other areas.

According to the Ukrainian military observer Konstantin Mashovts, Vovchansk - became the main Russian blow in the northern Kharkiv direction, the enemy wants to bypass the settlement from the southwest and south.

He stressed that the Russians received "many opportunities" because of Vovchansk's proximity to the border with the Russian Federation, in particular, the enemy can perform by limited forces and means to achieve a specific result, can provide control and fire support without moving artillery, quickly deliver fuel and weapons to the front . According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, in the Kharkiv direction the operational situation is difficult and dynamically changing.

The fighting took place in the areas of vigilant - Lukyanka, vigilant - deep, vigilant - Oliynykovo, wall - bugwatka. The Russians were stormed on the sections of the rifle - deep, Oliynykov - deep, Olinka - Lukyanka, Mur - Starytsya, Pletenivka - quiet. In addition, there were fighting for Vovchansk.
