A person can only be forced to do the simplest things," said Nikolai Volokhov. According to him, a person needs to be mounted. He said that in the 3rd OSHBR they do not use the word "mobilization", instead they use "recruiting", which is a complex of actions when a person comes, and explain to them why it is needed. Volokhov noted that in order to build a "normal country", it is necessary to win in the war. The fighter stressed that the sooner we do it, the more the life left.

"And life is not endless, just in the war you understand it well," the military said. He also said that the army now needs different specialties - drone operators, technical specialists who will solder and arrange UAVs. Terra noted that someone realizes that he likes a more risky assault, while others want to become machine guns, grenade launchers. Mykola Volokhov stated that people who came to the army through recruiting have more motivation, while effectively fighting cannot be forced.
