In Ukraine, a register of military personnel of the Armed Forces will be created and it will be possible to obtain the status of a participant of hostilities online, explains MP Alexei Goncharenko. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill No. 10062 on the creation of a single electronic register of military personnel, the introduction of a certificate of defender and automatic receipt of UBD.

This was reported by the People's Deputy from the Voice Party Yaroslav Zheleznyak and People's Deputy from "Evrsolidarity" Alexei Goncharenko. "After long and complex discussions and failure of many amendments, the bill No. 10062 on registers for military accounting was generally accepted as a whole," - said Zheleznyak. The corresponding decision on Tuesday, January 16, was supported by 249 people's deputies.

"The Council has supported the bill on automatic receipt of UBD and the creation of a single electronic register of servicemen ( # 10062)," Goncharenko wrote. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine explained that the implementation of the relevant bill will facilitate the rapid collection, processing and use of military data, as well as transfer services and processes for servicemen to a convenient digital format.

"The bill gives the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine the opportunity to strengthen cyber defense and the right to place their IT systems in military cloud storage facilities of NATO member states," the statement reads. Due to this: the bill also provides for the improvement of the system of registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, in particular, in terms of establishing interaction between registers, using data on military accounting, etc.
