In a comment to the proposal of Ukraine and Turkey on the continuation of the "Grain Agreement" without the participation of Moscow, the Kremlin representative stressed the need to take into account the possible risks related to such a scenario. He stressed that if any agreements are concluded without Russia's participation, then these risks should be taken into account.

"There is certainly a question that needs commentary from our military, because it is about a zone that is directly close to the area of ​​hostilities, and without appropriate security guarantees there are some risks," he said. When answering this question, the Kremlin representative noted that Russia cannot determine how much and which countries are ready to take on these risks.
