Light Angers instead of tires: How do Russians want to protect their UAV airfields (photo)

Now there are photos of some metal structure on the network, which is allegedly designed to protect the aircraft during the parking lot. Defense Express reporters are informed about how Russians try to protect their aircraft from attacks. Russian engineers have decided to build improvised light hangers, which are a metal frame with a stretched grid. According to the developers, it will help protect the planes from both direct drones and their debris.

"To demonstrate such a technical solution, the Russians themselves took the written Su-27. This may indicate that such a format of plane protection against planes from our UAVs themselves is just worked out by the occupiers, and can still undergo certain transformations," experts write. In their view, this option is much more appropriate and effective than the so -called car tire protection. Know-how is something like a veranda where the plane is driven.

Similar structures have already been created, for example, at the Baltimore Vorodrome, but such "verandas" were not closed with a grid and had no roofs. It should be noted that even in the ranks of Russian propagandists criticized this method of protection against drones. So the authors of the publication in the newspaper "Reporter" acknowledged that the Aviation of the Russian Federation, located on the air buildings, became "easy prey of Ukrainian UAVs".

And the creation of temporary structures in order to protect planes from non -combustible losses does not close the issue of safety, because this requires constructing concrete hangars, as is done in other countries.
