The Russian Isuzu Russian plant in Ulyanovsk ceased to work in March 2022. Now the enterprise is planning to produce Russian-Chinese trucks Sollers Argo. The Japanese Auto Producer Isuzu Motors Ltd leaves the Russian market. The company sold its share in business to the Russian enterprise Sollers. This was told on Kyodo News. In March 2022, ISUZU stopped the production of new cars in the Russian Federation because of a full -scale invasion of Ukraine.

At the same time, the supply of spare parts was stopped. In this regard, the manufacturer has suffered losses of $ 12 million. Back in November 2022, Isuzu was going to leave the Russian market completely. Then the company started the process of finding the buyer for its factory. It is known that about 200 people worked at the ISUZU plant in the ISUZU plant. The company was opened in 2008. In 2021, only about 3,700 cars were collected there.
