According to the investigation, a 56-year-old resident of the village of Zolochiv, in the Bohodukhiv district, knew well the location of Ukrainian posts in the area. He suggested clients to go with him to the car. Then the man planted them near the forest, overcoming which they fell into the Russian territory.

Dilok conducted a detailed instruction to each "client". At the checkpoint, the evasants had to say that they were friends of the driver of the car and they went to the cottage together in the territory of Bohodukhiv region. Initially, the men of the conscript age transferred the first part of a bribe of one thousand dollars, and already during the arrival at the crime, it was necessary to pay the rest - $ 8,000.

During the next attempt to drive a Ukrainian checkpoint, which is located approximately 8 km from the Russian border, law enforcement officers detained a dealership under Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
