This does not work with representatives of other countries.

It may have worked with a representative of China, but it seems that China is not interested in stopping if not all war, at least blows. This does not work with representatives, unfortunately, international organizations, including the largest. When the Secretary General of the United Nations was in Kiev, Putin was struck, and even quite revealed strokes - the Russians were not only drone, the Russians beat rockets.

Similarly, when the OSCE is here, just when NATO is here, just when the mission of the International Monetary Fund or anyone else is here. So, I think, the United States has strength to influence Putin so that he at least corrects his behavior.

And very interesting is the question: how does it work? I remember when a representative of China was going to Russia, they really passed the note to us, passed all the signals from Beijing, signals that we did not use long -range weapons at a time when China is in Russia. Interestingly, in America with Russia it works the same, Mr. General? This may be the option of implementing CEASEFIRE, which President Trump spoke in February.

I am ready to give General Kellog Citizenship, all that is needed, an apartment . . . All that is needed if it will encourage Russia to cease fire. Probably, there is also an opportunity in China so that the Russians stop killing. But the world did not see China's desire to realize it about Russia. China called for a ceasefire in this war and to the undoing this war, but Putin did nothing.

And this does not prevent China from taking Putin hospitably and talking to him about the most important thing - longevity. Putin may have some respect for India. His words seem to testify. But India's calls to end the war and the statement that our century is not time for war, Russia has also ignored. And this applies to everyone else in the world. No matter who is, the Russians do not stop killing for his presence or attention.

But can the attention of America and President Trump be maintained for this war and the need for its completion for a long time? How long America will support our protection against Russian blows? Will the world close on what Putin wants to fight? And he wants. I have no doubt that Putin was looking for the answer to these and other similar questions. And what he chose the continuation of the war clearly says what his answer. Putin does not believe in Europe, in America and in general.

That is why Russia is fighting. Putin believes in China, Iran, North Korea. And so he seeks strategic agreements there. Putin is betting on the fact that the money is blown by everyone, by the way - both weak and strong. He believes that money will give him the opportunity to buy himself for everything - for everything. In principle, this is his plan: try to buy forgiveness. And continue the war.

The question is: who is the buyer? Dear friends! In fact, every day we all ask us such questions - they are different. Sometimes unpleasant, uncomfortable, which many do not seem to be answered. And it is on such questions that the details, in my opinion, are the main question of today: how to end the war? NATO countries are raising combat aircraft. A few days have passed, and it gradually ceases to be a topic. And what are the consequences for Russia? Let's openly: none. These are those inhabitants of Donbass that Russia says that it saves them. She kills them.

This is the land that Russia wants to take away to "save" - ​​to save from life. That's right. Russia leaves nothing but graves and ruins in the Donbass. Of course, we strike in response. Q: What do others do? And a little more than a week before Yarova, the Russian Flag of Major at the Venice Film Festival. On August twenty -eight, the Russians struck in Kiev - the children were killed, who remembers, in total more than 20 people were killed - this is only here in Kiev. But . . .

How can the Russians be rewarded for the war in that they are accepted again in the world, as if nothing happened? Strong answers are needed. Strong answers. Putin's goal is the occupation of all Ukraine.

It may seem to someone that exchanging territories or attempting to seduce Putin by restoring trade with America or the world may seem to stop this war. It's not. The Russian war car will stop only when it is fuel.

And Putin will stop it himself, when he really feels, he feels that the resources for the war will end. That is why it is fundamental that there are strong answers to each question, to every challenge. Russia should believe that America, Europe will not allow Russia to fight. Only Russia's persuasion, only a dialogue does not achieve it.

It takes really high pressure to occupy Ukraine or any other country in Putin instead of paying its economy, its system, and to keep your own, for which it has existed all these years. We cannot replace this head, but we can replace the main target. We offer partners and a way to force Russia to stop strokes, stop air terror.

If we, together with our partners, be able to protect our airspace really reliably-and Ukraine, primarily from blows, and our neighbors, like Poland or Romania, from any Russian threats in the sky-Putin will lose the meaning of his war. Only by storms on Earth Russia will not reach its own, and in the sea they have already lost the opportunity to operate.

It is the United States of America who have such quality systems, such quality and, most importantly, so many combat aircraft that, within the multicomponent defense system, we can first and foremost the sky - together with partners in Europe - to stop terror of Russia. And this will definitely force Russia before the end of the war. Moreover, Putin himself tells his actions that it is worth doing. This is what a strong conclusion after Russian drones to Poland should be.

Russia is always trying to use any shortage - and in particular security deficits. It would be correct to fill this deficit with really effective security cooperation of Americans and Europeans. It is for this purpose that we create a new security guarantee system - based on our strong army. Thank you, the soldiers of the strong Ukrainian army - part of the European security forces. When we talk about security guarantees for us in Ukraine, it is actually security guarantees for all in Europe.

This is already an obvious thing. Now even banal. But it should sound again and again to fill this system with real content. And I am grateful to all partners who help us. We need to find a way to influence China so that they apply their influence on Russia for the end of the war. Russia will still no longer cease to be a supplier of raw materials for China and politically dependent on China - they have chosen their way and have gone on it too much.

But you need to find the answer how to motivate China to go without war. And this also depends largely on the strength of America and Europe, on the strength of "seven". And one of the key issues is the isolation of Russia. This is something that must be stored. Sanctions work in particular. Tariffs should work in particular. Russian assets need to be confiscated in particular. It is important that the principle works - in political matters, in cultural matters, in sports - all.

Russia's bet on money - on Putin's faith, that he will buy everything and everyone - should not work. Is it possible? Yes. If the world really wants the war to end. To give Putin a particular land of Ukraine to stop the war - it will not be. And this is not a solution. It's a pause. As after 2008 and Georgia. As after 2014 and Crimea and Donetsk. We need a guaranteed end of the war. Guaranteed safety for us, for Ukraine, for Ukrainian children is required.

We need Russia's guaranteed responsibility for what it did against Ukraine, against Ukrainians, against our Ukrainian children. I thank everyone who helps us achieve it. Who supports our protection. Who works with us so that Ukraine and the whole of Europe be strong. And who helps us in relations with President Trump and the United States of America. Only together will we be able to reach peace. And only if we strongly answer all the questions about this war. Strongly. In order for the goals to change.
