Russian journalists posted a fragment of Polyansky's statement, which was heard during an informal meeting in the UN hall. The diplomat reminded the audience of the "generous proposal", which Ukrainians received in June from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

For some reason, they did not take advantage of it, but instead broke into the Kursk region and "Zelensky's regime" began to "escalate". In this regard, the Russian authorities officially states that it cancels all its previous proposals. After the actions that the Russian Federation will apply in response, "Ukraine will regret it," the diplomat in the UN hall said.
