So, as noted in the CNS, in 2022, in the occupied territories, the Russians created the so-called "military enlistment offices". These fake bodies have formed lists of Ukrainians in the Luhansk region to put on military records of conscripts - young people in the region. Now, it is reported that the "military registration and commissioners" have developed a plan according to which the occupiers will conduct detours of controlled enterprises to calculate the conscripts who work there.

"Thus, occupation troops carry out preparatory actions on the autumn conscription for the" military service "of the residents of the East of Ukraine," the message reads. The CNS also noted that the Russian Federation violates Article 51 of the Geneva Convention, which stipulates that the occupying power has no right to force persons under protection, to serve in its armed forces or other law enforcement agencies.

Recall that Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov explained how to avoid mobilization in the army of the Russian Federation. According to him, not to be in the ranks of the Russian army, Ukrainians can leave the occupied territories. The mayor stressed that none of the current representatives can ensure the safety of locals.

Due to this serious threat and in order to avoid possible Russian mobilization, it persistently recommends that residents of the city and the area leave the temporarily occupied territory and ensure their safety. Russian activists also stated that in St. Petersburg began to send summaries with SMS. Thus, the message is called to come to the military enlistment office allegedly to "clarify the data" before the autumn conscription, in the event of failure to appear by administrative punishment.
