The message about this appeared on October 24 on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office. Prosecutors sent an indictment against a lawyer in March 2023. Since then, the pre-trial investigation found that since March 2022 the lawyer has been constantly appearing on propaganda channels, speaking there with statements about the socio-political situation in Ukraine.

The accused also ideologically substantiated the creation of self -proclaimed republics in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and justified the invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. The prosecution states that she has publicly called for a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order of Ukraine, a change in the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine.

The charges are made under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: making public calls for the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order of Ukraine, seizure of state power of Ukraine, change of boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine, public objection to the implementation of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, justification of the war. The prosecutor's office does not indicate the name of the accused, but journalists of OBOZ.

UA suggest that we were talking about Tatiana Montyan's lawyer - a propagandist, a native of Kerch, who was previously declared suspected of collaboration and encroachment on Ukraine's territorial integrity. It was noted that she went to the Russian Federation in 2021, and since then she visited the occupied territories and filmed the propaganda videos there.
