Journalists recalled that during the summer offensive in 2023 the Armed Forces did not have such large -scale achievements as during the Kharkiv and Kherson offensives, which took place in the fall of 2022. It should be noted that journalists, taking an interview with Nayev, visited the training of mobile fire groups that took place in the unpaved area in the north of Ukraine. The mediamen told how six crews hunted for a training target and were able to break it with several shots, but not destroy it. General Nayev told Abs News about the features of the Ukrainian air defense forces. He noted that they use old Soviet and new Western installations.

He also explained that Western installations use 10 times less shots to destroy targets than the Soviet ones. They cost hundreds of times more than drones that they have to eliminate. It should be noted that during the visit of the German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, it became known that in the winter this country will give Ukraine another set of air defense - Patriot. At the same time, they announced the allocation of a new assistance package, which included two dozen German BMPs.
