According to the President of Moldova, their country cannot investigate the incident, since representatives of the authorities are not allowed into the occupied territory. The Republic of Moldova cannot investigate the circumstances of the fall of the Russian rocket in the territory of the unrecognized Transnistria in the village of Kitskans, as representatives of the constitutional authorities are not allowed there.

This was announced by Moldova President of Moldova Sandu on the program "New Week with Anatoly Goly" on September 25, reports TV8. md. "I have the same information that our institutions provided. It is clear that we cannot check on the place of what happened because it happened in the territory of the Transnistrian region where our institutions cannot investigate what happened," the Head of State said .

At the same time, Maya Sandu stressed that the incident is the result of shelling of the Russian Federation of Ukraine. "It happened because of the war. Bombs and missiles fall because there is a war in Ukraine. In Moldova, on September 25, the fragments of the C-300 rocket of 1968 fell on the territory of the unrecognized Transnistria. According to the residents of the house, at about second o'clock in the morning, they heard the characteristic sound of a heavy and large falling object.

Experts believe that the explosion occurred in the air.
