Zelensky suggested to the Council to terminate the consular agreement with the Russian Federation

The Consular Relations Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation was signed in January 1993. Currently, a document with the initiative to terminate the relations has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada to the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada.
