According to the prosecutor's office, the man was aware that this information could be used by the enemy to strike at these facilities, which could lead to the death of citizens and destruction of residential buildings.
Thus, his actions were recognized as socially dangerous. The SBU detained the suspect. He removed the gadget with evidence of correspondence with the FSB. The man was informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 (State betrayal committed in martial law), Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 438 (completed attempted assistance in violation of the laws and customs of war). Precautionary measure - detention. The investigation is ongoing.
