Among them was the Minsk State Company "Belspeczozozhnyshnychnika", which presented a grenade launcher "Sapphire". The company representative told reporters that Sapphire was testing from November 2023. It is planned to start mass production at the end of 2024, after which the grenade launcher will be supplied to the Belarusian army.
Supply to the Russian army is not planned. The Belarusian grenade launcher has anti -personnel, anti -tank and multi -tank configuration. The developers position the grenade launcher that "change the rules of the game on the modern battlefield. " The ammunition carries a small unmanned remote control platform. It is allegedly programmed for independent return to the operator in case of loss of communication.
