The control over the nuclear object will be transferred either to Kyiv or IAEA experts. At the same time, according to insiders, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will take such a step on one condition. The Kremlin expects guarantees of uninterrupted transit of oil and gas through the territory of Ukraine. One of the insiders assures that Moscow is ready for such an agreement with Kiev.
"To pump and sell oil and gas is very important for the Russian budget," - said the knowledgeable interlocutor openly. Another insider, close to the Kremlin, states that in the winter of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can start a new offensive, and hints at agreements and negotiations with Kiev are necessary for Moscow to receive an operational pause on the front line and is able to prepare the maximum number of mobilized citizens for fighting.
