This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal at the forum with the participation of heads of state institutions.

"Yesterday, by the way, the first attacks of rockets with cassette ammunition occurred, which attacked our distribution substations," Denis Shmigal said. According to him, despite numerous strokes of equipment losses were minimal. "We lost a very small amount of our equipment yesterday," Shmigal added. We will remind, on August 26 Russia carried out a massive combined air attack on the territory of Ukraine.

The invaders used the winged caliber missiles, aerobalist missiles "Dyed", Drone-Kamikadze "Shahaned". The enemy has released more than a hundred rockets of different types and about a hundred "Shahmed". More than 15 regions of Ukraine were attacked. In general, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was kissed by energy infrastructure. Energy have introduced emergency shutdowns to stabilize the power system.
