According to US National Security Council, John Kirby, China cannot be perceived as an impartial side in Russia's war against Ukraine. The White House does not see the reasons why the war in Ukraine could end. This was stated by US National Security Council John Kirby, commenting on the negotiations of the China Synpinav and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, CNN writes.

According to Kirby, Beijing cannot be seen as an impartial side in Russia's war against Ukraine, although China wants to surrender it. "I don't think you can consider China impartial anyway," he said. The publication writes that the United States as a whole is skeptical of China's stated goal to speak. According to Kirby, if China really wants to play a constructive role, it should take advantage of its influence to persuade Russia to end the war with Ukraine.

Kirby also said that in the conclusions of the negotiations of Si Jinping and Vladimir Putin "had optimism", although the states still analyze the announcements. "We did not see anything of what they said or put forward that it would give us hope that this war would end in the near future," Kirby said.
