Vadim Labas noted that his post on the supply of TRC servos drew attention to the Russian Federation, in particular, journalists of different countries, experts of sanctions policy, Ukrainians living in Taiwan, and Taiwan themselves. During the joint work, new facts were found that clarified the full picture of the supply of servos for cabin and "Shahmed".
It was also revealed that the purpose of the scheme was not only the bypass of the sanctions, but also the discrediting of the Taiwanese company. The mention of TRC can be seen in published official documents. In addition, at customs, servos passed like automobile spare parts, so everything was indicated in Taiwanese TRC. However, the investigation showed that the name of the company was used to hide the dual overrend scheme.
The real manufacturer of servos was the Chinese plant KST Digital Technology Limited. According to Vadim Labas, KST has already attracted the attention of sanctions, but for unknown reasons, the restrictions did not affect it. In order to avoid sanctions, KST transmitted products to a non -existent manufacturer of Kaiffen Zhendaqian Technology Co. , Ltd. (Kzt). This fake plant was mentioned in Russian documentation as a manufacturer of servos.
"After the goods were moved from KST to KZT, the documents were sent to the Chinese company Unihui International Limited. At this stage, the TRC branding appears in the documents," the publication reads. According to the investigation, another company was mixed in the scheme-Shenzhen Biosen Bio-Tech Co. , Ltd. These two Chinese companies have sent products to the Russian LLC "Omnney Trade" and its newly created clone LLC "Dyri Trade".
From there, the product came to TRV Engineering LLC, which is already under sanctions. "The dual overrend scheme has not yet been seen. But it is already known that it is applied to other critical components for the Russian MIC, in particular using the TRC brand. This scheme increases the cost of the component base, but for the sake of a certain product the Russians are ready for such ", - said Vadim Labas.
We will remind, according to Reuters, Huawei Technologies could receive from Taiwanese TSMC manufacturer needed for Huawei Ascend 910B Huawei accelerators, due to the Chinese furniture related to Bitmain. Earlier, Bloomberg reported that the Russian Federation received from Intel, Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and Infineon Technologies Ag Chips totaling $ 1 billion.
