According to the investigation, the scheme is involved in the organization of the director of a local commercial firm, who signed a contract with representatives of the regional military enlistment office for the delivery of a wholesale batch of bulletproof vests. At the same time, their value was artificially inflated, and the quality did not correspond to the State Standard. The director of the enterprise was informed about the suspicion under Part 5 of Art.
191 (appropriation, misappropriation of property or seizure by abuse of office) and under Part 1 of Art. 209 (legalization (laundering) of property obtained). Currently, the indictment on the person being sent to court. Law enforcement officers check the involvement of officials of the military enlistment office in the illegal scheme.
