Speaking at the supply ceremony, Iran's Defense Minister Amir Hatami noted that UAVs such as Karrar and Ababil are able to rise to a height of 14 km and perform tasks up to 1500 km. The Iranian army strengthened its forces, setting up 200 different unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Among them are multifunctional, intelligence, as well as shock drones of Iranian production. Minister of Defense Iran Amir Hatami was attended by the Iranian Army's supply ceremony. Speaking at the ceremony, he stated that the drones that were arriving, as a reconnaissance platform, will be able to track all the movements of a potential enemy near the borders of the state, as well as to be equipped with various ammunition for the task of blows. According to him, drones such as Karrar and Ababil are able to rise to a height of 14 km and perform combat missions up to 1500 km.

"These developments of the domestic defense industry, Iranian universities and scientific and production associations have significant advantages," the minister said. At the same time, the United States continues the sanction prosecution of individuals and legal entities that contribute to the purchase of electronic components for the production of Iranian drones.

As reported on April 19 by Irna, six companies and one person were under US sanctions for helping Iran to buy the electronics needed for weapons production, including UAVs. "Today, the US Department of Finance Control of the US Department of Finance has introduced restriction on six structures and one person in the network that contributed to Iran in the purchase ", - the message reads.
