Russian companies are trying to change the designs of Iranian SHAHED-136. According to analysts, Tatarstan set additional safety precautions and build a new infrastructure for assembling drones-Kamikadze. The Russian Federation is trying to introduce technological innovations to optimize weapons used in Ukraine.

Representatives of the Institute of Science and International Security say that in the economic zone of Tatarstan, where the SHahd drones are being built, additional safety measures are installed and new infrastructure is erected, probably, in an attempt to expand the production of drones. Russian companies operating in the territory of the special economic zone (OZ) "Alabuga" in Tatarstan, try to change the structures of Iranian drones Shahd-136 and plan to release 6000 such drones by the summer of 2025. New external walls and barricades along roads, as well as new checkpoints around the territory are erected on the plant.

This level of safety indicates that the order for the production of drones for the Russian military "seriously changed the business strategy of" Ves "Alabuga", where before the full-scale invasion was tried to attract producers of foreign goods. The plant is built to reduce the dependence on the supply from Iran. According to experts, in Alabuga began to compile Shahed drones from ready -made Iranian components in early 2023 and are now preparing for the opening of production lines.
