Work during the war: Ukrainians were told about the most popular specialties (document)

The government believes that the need for labor will grow four years in a row, and the most popular in the labor market will be specialists in the construction and production of minerals. The full -scale war in Ukraine influenced the labor market, resulting in some specialties new life and others have lost their relevance. But after the war on the market there will also be changes.

Thus, the Ministry of Economy published a project "Calculation of needs for specialists and workers in the labor market by types of economic activity and professional groups for 2024-2027". The document was published for discussion on the website of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine. The Office predicts that the demand for labor will gradually increase every year.

For example: the most popular in the labor market in the next four years will be: in September 2023, the work was most often offered to citizens in such categories as: at the same time in the labor market in the first month of autumn there was a tendency that employers did not mind hiring employees without experience (++++++ 5% compared to August, 38 012 vacancies) and more often offered distance work (+4%, 6 348).

There was also an increase in vacancies for veterans (+8%, 5 323), pensioners (+8%, 3 798), students (+7%, 20 867), people with disabilities (+5%, 8 378). At the same time, the number of reviews on vacancies was at a record low. Recall that recently in the European Business Association emphasized the negative impact of mobilization on the labor market in Ukraine. All because in many regional companies up to 20% of employees serve in the army.
