It was created on the basis of the IL-96-400 aircraft at the Voronezh Airline in 2015. The aircraft was converted from the IL-96-400t cargo liner. IL-96-400 VPU is used by FSB as air control. It is a board intended for evacuation of the highest military and political leadership of the Russian Federation, as well as to manage the armed forces in a war. The day before the system had two similar records. The first works on December 11-13 from 8 to 12 local time-N2171/24. However, it is impossible to find it in the system. The second - N2061/24 - is active and operates between December 16 and 21 at the same time. The coordinates are the same as they were on November 21.

Only in the last record (N2061/24) a new piece in Kazakhstan was added. "The first blow took place immediately at the beginning of the closing of the area, but this time they already missed the first day. Why - again a mystery, but they have 2 more days, so there could be just a transfer for technical reasons," Alpha Centauri analysts said.
