Arrange raids: Russians use Ukrainians in occupation as a living shield - Fedorov

The invaders conduct "apartment bypasses" and settle in high -rises, substituting civilians. In the territory of the temporarily occupied south of Ukraine, Russian military organizes raids and use Ukrainians as a live shield. This was reported by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov. According to Fedorov, in the occupied Tokmak, the Russian soldiers carry out "apartment bypasses" and arrange temporary residence in multi -storey buildings.

At the same time, according to the mayor, residents of Berdyansk district report the settlement of invaders in houses. And some villages of Pologovsky district have generally transformed into a reserve - only people spelled out or left there. We will remind, on August 14 it was reported that Russians force graduates in the occupation to receive a passport of the Russian Federation, otherwise threatens not to issue a certificate.
